In addition, our policy of steady expansion means that we welcome speculative applications from candidates with a good degree in a science or engineering discipline. We are always interested to hear from any candidates who may potentially strengthen our practice.

Our Firm
AdamsonJones was established as a single-practitioner firm in 2000. After years of consistent growth, the firm is now a mid-sized IP practice with two Directors (the second of whom joined the firm as a graduate trainee in 2001), three other qualified patent attorneys and three part-qualified trainees. Our support staff includes two Certified Patent Administrators, both of whom were amongst the first cohort to achieve that qualification.
Our practice
Our clients range from small start-ups and established private companies to multi-national corporations. The work is predominantly in patents, though we also have a small, but growing, trade mark practice, as well as a good deal of design registration work. Our work is predominantly for direct clients, but with a healthy mix of diverse incoming agency work. The practice encompasses most technical areas.
