AdamsonJones has extensive experience of working with in-house IP managers to develop and maintain patent, design and trade mark portfolios. We believe in developing close working relationships with in-house IP managers of our clients. These relationships enable effective communication with our clients, and allow us to develop a clear understanding of each client’s commercial strategy.

We provide services to each of our clients that are appropriate to that client’s needs. Our services primarily relate to the identification, protection and maintenance of IP rights for our clients, as well as the avoidance of competitors’ IP rights. We strive to provide our clients with comprehensible and clear advice, to enable our clients to make informed decisions in these matters.

We also believe that our charges are very competitive. We would therefore be happy to provide a quote for comparison, for example in relation to a proposed overseas filing program.
