	Claire Mountain Cert Pat Admin ACIPA - Administration Manager Claire has held secretarial and administrative positions in the field of patents and trade marks for 17 years. She now has overall responsibility for the administrative side of the AdamsonJones business, including formalities, renewals and accounts functions. Claire obtained the Certificate in Patent Administration of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys in 2003, being awarded a distinction and the John D Brown prize for the candidate obtaining the highest marks in the examination (there were over 80 candidates). Claire is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.
	Ann Wright Cert Pat Admin ACIPA - IP Administrator Ann is an experienced Patent Administrator with over 18 years experience in the profession, and joined AdamsonJones in 2007, having previously held a similar position with one of the UK's largest firms. Ann is responsible for maintenance of the firm's computerised records system and formalities matters. Like Claire, Ann holds the Certificate in Patent Administration of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys, having gained a distinction in the 2003 qualifying examination. In fact, only Claire achieved a higher mark. Ann is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.
	Pauline Moore - Renewals Administrator Pauline joined the firm in 2002, having previously gained extensive experience in various office administration and secretarial roles. Pauline is responsible for payment of renewal fees on clients' IP portfolios, and provides general assistance with the administrative side of the business.
	Jackie Higgins - Secretary/PA to the Professional Team Jackie is an experienced PA and provides secretarial and administrative assistance for the professional team. An important aspect of Jackie's role is coordination of workflow within the firm, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
