How do you help clients?

I work with a range of overseas agents, including agents from the US, India, and China, to prosecute European patent applications which were initially filed in other countries.

I draft patent applications for filing in the UK and Europe and have considerable experience in prosecuting patent applications both in the UK and Europe and in overseas territories such as the US and China.

I also manage international patent portfolios, carry out clearance searches and provide freedom-to-operate advice to clients, helping clients to realise the value from their developments and to take products forward to market with suitable protection in place.
