Natasha gained her LLB (Hons) Law Degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2012. She went on to gain valuable experience working as an Intellectual Property Paralegal for three years at an East Midlands Firm before training to become a Trade Mark Attorney.
Natasha qualified at the same East Midlands Firm as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2017 where she worked until joining AdamsonJones in 2021.
Natasha specialises in brand protection, trade mark registration and enforcement of trade mark rights. She is often involved in conducting trade mark clearance searches, advising on brand strategy and trade mark registrability, filing trade mark applications and handling large filing programmes. Natasha has vast experience in managing trade mark portfolios and enforcing rights against third parties. Natasha has experience handling trade mark matters in the UK, EU and worldwide for a vast range of clients in all sectors.
With extensive knowledge and experience in actioning social media infringement takedowns and brand enforcement across third party selling websites such as Amazon, eBay & Etsy, Natasha is also often involved in the Amazon Brand Registry enrolment programme and can advise and assist on this.
Having been actively involved in the start-up of the Derby Junior Lawyers Division of the Derby & District Law Society in 2017, Natasha continued to assist the society through many roles until she became active President in 2018, a role that she still holds to date.
