Sri Dhevi Santhana Dass qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2018 having completed a Post Graduate Trade Mark Law and Practice course from the Queen Mary University in London followed by the Registered Trade Mark Attorney Intensive Course at Nottingham Trent University.
Sri has an LLB from the University of London and had qualified as an advocate & solicitor in Malaysia in 2007. She also qualified a solicitor in England and Wales in 2013.
Prior to moving to the UK, Sri worked in the IP department of one of the largest legal firms in Malaysia, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious trade mark and design matters. Sri has also worked at a large regional trade mark and patent practice in the UK.
Sri assists in providing advice on a wide range of trade mark issues including advice on trade mark availability and registrability; filing and prosecution of UK, EU, and international trade marks; brand management; protection reviews and other trade mark related matters. Sri also advises on design protection.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA).
