Global Patent Prosecution Highway
4th March 2014
The launch of the Global Patent Prosecution Highway (GPPH) was announced at the end of 2013 and commenced on 6 January 2014. The acceleration requests will conform to a uniform set of criteria for all participating offices. A full list of offices can be found at www.jpo.go.jp/ppph-portal/globalpph.htm.
